Co-locating with the Shire of Yarra Ranges Maternal Child Health Service, we are seeking an experienced Mental Health Nurse to develop and implement a responsive maternal and infant support service. The service will provide support to GPs in their provision of coordinated care for families suffering mental health disorders who have children aged 0-5 years, and to the Shire of Yarra Ranges Maternal Child Health Service.
