Different inhalers need different inspiration rates. It can be difficult to know which one is best for your patient. The In-Check Dial is a hand held inspiratory flow measurement device.

The dial openings have been designed to mimic the internal resistance of popular inhaler devices ie MDI, turbuhaler, accuhaler and autohaler. It measures a patient's inspiratory flow rate and can quickly identify whether they will be able to use a particular inhaler device and can also be used to train a patient to use their device optimally.
