ERGPA’s Diabetes Education Service - now in your practice!
ERGPA in partnership with Ranges Community Health, has recently recruited a credentialed and very experienced Diabetes Nurse Educator, Linda Rennie. So if you are looking for a Diabetes Nurse Educator to work in your practice on a fee for service basis Linda Rennie is your answer for even as little as one session a fortnight!
Linda's clinical role entails initial and ongoing assessment and education; this includes lifestyle modification (physical activity, healthy eating and weight management), teaching self blood glucose monitoring, creating and managing targets and medication. By utilising the Enhanced Primary Care program, the Diabetes Education Service will be extremely beneficial to both your patients and your practice.
