Onging concern over delayed immunisations
Nearly a quarter of Australian children are still not fully immunised at five-years-old, with some vaccines being given more than six months late, according to a new study.
The report in the Department of Health's Communicable Disease Intelligence journal reveals that 92% of kids at 24-months were fully immunized in 2008, but only 80% were fully vaccinated at five-years-old.
