Orientation Module 2: Triage in the Waiting Room
ERGPA’s Triage in the Waiting Room event was held 26 November 2009 in our new Education Facility at 23 Maroondah Highway, Croydon.
Judy Evans gave an excellent presentation explaining the 'gate-keeper' role that front line general practice staff play, and highlighting the role that non-clinical staff play in establishing effective triage procedures.
All attendees received a welcome gift to celebrate the opening of ERGPA's new education facility.
