Special General Meeting
The Board called a Special General Meeting for 27 May 2010. This Special General Meeting was called to make changes to the Constitution that allows directors to serve an additional 2 years on the Board.
Changes called for are:
Eligibility of directors for election
1. In Rule 16.3, replace ‘six' with ‘eight'.
Maximum term of directors
2. In Rule 16.1, replace ‘eight' with ‘ten'.
Maximum term of independant directors
3. In Rule 18.3(b), replace ‘four' with ‘ten'
The resolution was passed with 27 yes votes, 6 no, and 2 abstentions. The draft Minutes of the Meeting can be found here.
