Professional Development for Nurses
With the introduction of this legislation, the Nurses Board of Victoria developed Guidelines for Nurses and Midwives for Continuing Professional Development. These guidelines outline the principles for CPD, and enabled nurses and midwives time to develop their professional portfolios.
Nurses and midwives will be required to provide their professional portfolio for the last 12 months.
Please contact the ANMC on 02 6257 7960 or via email at anmc@anmc.org.au if you have any further questions regarding CPD and the audit.
