ERGPA offers services for people who are at risk of developing Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus or are currently diagnosed with Diabetes of any type.

Diabetes Education

Expressions of interest are currently being sought from GP practice to learn more about a Diabetes Nurse Educator clinic at the practice. This model will provide a more streamlined yet flexible opportunity for your patients, to be referred into a Diabetes Educator in a timely manner.
