ERGPA assists and introduces new Doctors and Nurses to a wide variety of practices who require additional resources.  We provide assistance in recruitment and induction processes to ensure a smooth transition for both the new incumbent and the practice. The Division plays an important role in sustaining and increasing the general practice workforce in our region.

Eastern Ranges is located on metropolitan Melbourne’s eastern fringe and balances a mixture of urban and rural communities. The area consists of lush valleys and is recognized as a special place for its natural beauty and diverse habitats.  The ‘Yarra Valley’, is also gaining local and international recognition as a fine food and wine producing area. The combination of national parks, state forests, private gardens and its location on the doorstep of Melbourne all combine to make the area unique in its natural, cultural and amenity values.
